The 403(b) plan is a tax-deferred savings program offered by your school district, allowing participants to save with both pre-tax and Roth deferrals. Participating in this plan allows you to choose investments (with or without the help of an investment company representative) and save for your future. Please view this short video regarding your district’s 403(b) Plan and options. At the end of the video, should you choose to take action today, use the buttons at the bottom of the video to get started.
